Brent Vance
LEADERSHIP TEAM AND TRUSTEE
Brent Vance is a member of the Leadership Team and also serves as the trustee. He was married at St. Paul UMC and has been a member ever since. He and his wife Nicole and son Wyatt mow the church lawn. Brent makes sure the building is warm in winter and cool in sumer and any time there are activities in the Parish you will see Brent, Nicole and Wyatt involved in one way or another.

Craig Pitts
LEADERSHIP TEAM, LAY MINISTRY AND MEN'S MINISTRY
Craig Pitts is a member of the Leadership Team. He serves as Lay Leader, Methodist Men Chairman, and substitute coffee maker. He was born when his family was living in Walthill, NE and was baptized as an infant there. The family moved to South Sioux City after Craig finished first grade. He was confirmed into the Methodist Church as a Youth and is a graduate of South Sioux City High School and UNL. Craig and his wife Barb are longtime residents of Northeast Nebraska.

Sue Young
STAFF PARISH RELATIONS COMMITTEE
Sue Young is the leader of the St Paul Leadership Team, Zoom Bookclub, UWF, helps with Sunday service streaming and the cleaning crew. She began attending the Methodist church as a fourth grader (following her sister JoAnn) – at that time it was the “little white church”. She loves to laugh (probably too much!) and would love it if we had a choir at St Paul.

Sandy Riffenberg
LEADERSHIP TEAM AND TREASURER
Sandy Riffenberg is a member of the St. Paul Leadership team and serves as treasurer. She is a talented pianist serving in our Music Ministry. She and her husband Ron enjoy the ease of apartment living in Sioux City, near to their 2 adult daughters and 2 grandchildren. Sandy does medical transcription for a cardiology group, and she enjoys playing the piano and reading.

Jim Gunsolley
SPRC AND LEADERSHIP TEAM
Jim Gunsolley is on the Staff Parish Relationship committee and a member of the Leadership Team at St. Paul. He has been attending St. Paul since the age of 6. He appreciates the wonderful church family at our place of worship. All are truly welcome every Sunday morning.

Yvonne Downs
LEADERSHIP TEAM, ZOOM BOOK CLUB , UWF, WORSHIP COMMITTEE AND CARDS MINISTRY
Yvonne Downs is a member of the St. Paul leadership team, Zoom book club, UWF, worship committee and does card ministry. She serves as a greeter, usher, and candle lighter on Sunday mornings. She and her husband, Sam, have been members for 49 years. She appreciates the fact that our church is like a family. She especially enjoys seeing children in church.

Judy Shelly
LEADERSHIP TEAM, CARDS MINISTRY AND FOOD PANTRY VOLUNTEER
Judy Shelly is a member of the St Paul Leadership Team. She takes care of our card ministry and is a Food Pantry volunteer. She began her church fellowship at Homer UMC, then attended St Paul UMC in Stockton, CA. She returned to the Siouxland area in 1973 and has attended St Paul UMC ever since. St Paul is a comfortable church to have needed ministry and prayer, it has been a blessing!

Barb Stephan
LEADERSHIP TEAM AND CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Barb Stephan has served God through various positions at St. Paul UMC. She began assisting pre-school Sunday school, later as 4th grade teacher and then as Sunday School Superintendent and VBS. She is a member of the Leadership Team and is the current president of UWF. She leads the children’s ministry and enjoys working with various members of our church family.

Cindy White
SECRETARY
Cindy White is a member of the St. Paul Leadership team and serves as their secretary. She has been a lifelong participant in the Methodist Church, being baptized in the faith as an infant. Her life experiences took her to many locations, where she always found a Methodist Community to join. She came to St Paul as an employee serving as parish assistant and soon found she wanted to be part of the congregation as a member. She can be found on Sunday Mornings in the back of the sanctuary helping with Sunday service media streaming. When at home she enjoys her retirement now with quilting activities.
